Cheryl Cote, Managing Partner
Before co-founding CoGee Consulting Cheryl spent ten years working for large technology consulting firms. Her expertise is in:

- functional and technical design

- unit testing
- hardware testing and installation
She is also proficient in:
- system and application administration and deployment
- technical support and training
- network administration
One of her most notable achievements was leading the design and development of a significant tri-service custom application for Army and Navy agencies. Her role included gathering financial requirements, designing the data model that supported CFO requirements for feeder systems, designing most of the financial application, and leading the development team through a successful deployment of the application.
Cheryl is a graduate of Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics with a concentration in Statistics.
Kerry Geist, Partner
Before co-founding CoGee Consulting Kerry spent seven years working for large consulting firms and five years working as a programmer/analyst for the federal government. His expertise is in:

- technical support and training
- development of Oracle stored procedures
- database views
- requirements definition for large custom financial applications
- functional design of complex financial components
One of Kerry’s notable accomplishments was playing a lead role in the design, development, and deployment of a significant tri-service custom application. His role included requirements gathering, data modeling, and leading the development team.
Kerry is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Master of Science degree in Information Systems and Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
